Il nostro Residence si trova in uno splendido uliveto, a circa 400 mt. Dalla spiaggia e a due passi dal pittoresco centro di Limone, in posizione soleggiata e panoramica, con vista sul lago di Garda.
È l'ideale per la tranquillità ed il relax.
Tutti gli appartamenti dispongo di TV-Sat, telefono, riscaldamento e approvvigionamento di acqua calda centralizzati, impianto citofonico e terrazzo con vista sul lago omonimo.
Sono disponibili due tipi di alloggi di diversa grandezza, accoglienti, confortevoli e arredati con la massima cura.
MONOLOCALI (30 mq.):

TRILOCALI (60 mq.):
Soggiorno con divano letto, angolo cottura, due camera da letto e servizi.

Unsere Residenz liegt in einem schonen Olivenhain nur 400 Meter vom Strand und dem malerischen Ortkern Limone entfernt.
Sonnige Panoramalage mit Blik auf den Gardasee. Ideal für Ruhe-und Erholungssuchende.
Alle Appartements haben Sat-TV, Telefon, Zentalheizung, zentrale Warmwasserversorgung, Sprechanlage und Balkon mit Blik auf den See.
Es stehen zwei Grossen zur Verfugung, die komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet sind.

Our Residence is situated a wonderful olive grove, it is about 400 metres from the beach and a short walk from the picturesque historic center of Limone, in a sunny area with panoramic views of lake Garda.
It is an ideal place for peace and relaxing.
All apartments have satellite TV, telephone, central eating and hot water, interphone system and terrace with views of the lake.
We have two different sizes, both, cosy and comfortable and tastefully furnished.
ONE-ROOM-APARTMENT (30 sq. m.):
Living-room with couch bed, a kitchen area and bathroom with shower.
THREE-ROOM-APARTMENT (60 sq. m.):
Living-room with couch bed, a kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom.
