The Hotel
Comfortable Hotel in a quiet and panoramic location, surrounded by a big park with a mediterranean vegetation. The Hotel is composed of two contiguous structures, that are connected with a short corridor.
Spacious rooms with bathroom or shower/WC, radio, safe, telephon, hair-drier, TV-Sat, wake up call service, heating, air conditioned, balcony or terrace with lakeview. Wide restaurant, bar, reading and TV room (TV-Sat), hall and reception, all with air conditioned.
Breakfastbuffet, lunch and dinner with menu a la carte (table service). At dinner assorted salad-buffet. Bar service. Gala-dinner. Conference room with TV-Sat system. Lifts. Wide illuminated parking area.
2 large swimmingpools with children’s pool, surrounded by sunny terrace with deck-chairs, mattress and beach-umbrella.

Typical “limonaia” (greenhouse for lemons), with citrus grove.
Ideal starting point for walks in the olive-grove and excursions to the mountain.

Pets are allowed (except in the dining-room and at the swimmingpool).
The Hotel is situated:
• a few mt. from the travel agency “Fedrici Holiday Tours” and from the newspaper kiosk;
• 100 mt. from the beach and about 300 mt. from the historical centre and from the landing-stage;
• 150 mt. from post office, chemist’s shop, doctor, bus stop station;
• 200 mt. from the church and 700 mt. from the house of “Missionary Comboniani”.
